The term “small talk” describes a curious phenomenon today. The business community attends small talk courses and learns the art of “relaxed speaking”. Through this casual chatting it is possible to break the sice, get to know people and create new networks: all key for good business. Talking, chatting, and mingling are all being incorporated into the business world as a way for companies to maximise profit.
